Training Department
The Training Department is headed by a Deputy Director and executes the core mandate of the Institute of conductiong training and carrying out research and consultancy.
The Department consists of the following Divisions:
- Curriculum and Parternships Division
- Education Management Division
- ICT Training Division
- Research and Consultancy Division
- Field Services Divison
In addition, the Department has the following Units:
- Admissions and Examinations Unit
- Learning Resource Centre
- Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) Unit
Corporate Services Department
Corporate Service Department provide support services to the core function of the Institute. It consolidates needed support services based on specialized and technical knowledge, best practice, and technology to serve Institute’s both Internal and External customers. It is headed by Deputy Director, and it comprises the following divisions:
- Finance and Accounts
- Human Resource Management
- Administration
- Hospitality
- ICT Maintenance
